So much to do...
So little time...
It goes like this...
When we retired, we vowed to travel the world as long as we could. But we couldn't ignore our own (so varied in so many ways) United Kingdom...
So we bought this book in 2010:
Now, when we're in the UK and not doing home, family and friends stuff, we set off in the caravan for a couple of weeks and 'do' a section of our coastal 'amazing places'. We use the car (two Touaregs so far) to explore, move the van on and explore some more. We're anorakishly fastidious about this:
Amazing places, amazing people, amazing contrasts. Richer again.
Until 2018, there's a yearly summary in the main blog; each year has it's own tab after that... or at least, that's the plan.
We'll also keep an eye on the politics of the area, including any changes in relation to the 2016 EU Referendum Result.
