Sempach, Switzerland
Arrived around 1.00pm after wet journey. Rained most of the previous night too but stopped for us to hitch up and as soon as we arrived here...
Interesting first stop in Switzerland (failed to buy fuel in France!). Managed to bag the last lorry/caravan slot and took a coffee in the shop. There was just one loo per sex (that's two then) and and the only other outlet was a large 'sex shop' plus a large display of explicit mags in the other shop.......er, odd!
Site ok. Filled up with diesel in the town and had a walk around but mostly closed. Asked a local in German where the supermarket was then had to change to French....it's confusing here, especially for someone with my limited linguistic skills....Anyway, he explained in detail and then said they were shut now..which proved to be bang on. Saturdays aren't a big day in Sempach it seems.
One more day here though.
